The Role
We seek a talented Head of Roehampton Law School and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law who will support the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law, to provide strategic leadership for this high-performing school. The successful candidate will have a background in legal education with either a track record in professional practice or a strong academic profile. You will be a transformational leader who understands the changing dynamics of legal education and how to develop the portfolio to drive growth. Equally important is understanding what drives excellent student experience and build partnerships with external stakeholders with an inclusive, committed & inspirational leadership style. You will be joining Roehampton University at an exciting time with an opportunity to bring your own vision for legal education to the role.

Longlisted candidates will be invited to initial video call conversations with MAB Research & Consulting between 18/19 November 2024.
A final shortlist will then be invited to complete psychometric testing in the week commencing 25 November 2024 and will be invited to Interview with Roehampton on 9 December 2024.
