We are recruiting to the role of Tutor (Psychology) to join our new group organisation, Roehampton Education Services Ltd, to deliver the School’s developing portfolio including Foundation, Extended Masters, International Pathway provision and Continuing Professional Development offer, on behalf of the University of Roehampton. This is an exciting time to join Roehampton Education Services Ltd, as we develop and grow new preparatory and professional education/ CPD portfolios.

Applications are invited for part-time Tutor positions of 0.6 FTE (22.5 hours per week) and above, up to full-time (37.5 hours per week).

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who has experience of delivering higher education upto advanced level (L4-L7) quality learning, teaching and assessment, module/ course management, and strong student experience/ outcomes in a higher educational and/or private provider setting.

Key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional learning and teaching for Foundation, Extended Masters, International Pathway and Continuing Professional Development/ Short Course programmes/modules relevant to your subject expertise, ensuring high quality student experience, engagement, outcomes and assessment management. Delivery will include teaching on relevant Academic, Research, Project and/or Subject modules/ courses, ensuring students have the appropriate subject, academic and professional skills for undergraduate and/or postgraduate progression/ certification.

You will be responsible for teaching across relevant Foundation, Extended Masters, International Pathway and/or CPD programmes (applicable to your skills and expertise) and will oversee designated module/ course delivery, developing relevant module/ course learning materials, leading assessment and ensuring appropriate teaching and learning support for home and international students from a variety of backgrounds. You will work collaboratively with contributing teaching teams, the dedicated Curriculum Manager and Head of Continuing Education.

You will have a proven track record in higher education, undergraduate, postgraduate and postgraduate preparation learning and teaching (L4-L7), and experience of supporting the needs of diverse home and international student groups to achieve strong student engagement and outcomes. You will be teaching-led with a student-focused approach to lifelong learning, inclusive education and industry readiness. You will also have a range of knowledge and expertise within Academic, Research, Project and/or Subject Skills Support for Undergraduate and/or Masters level Study.
