We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual to the post of Deputy Head of Admissions. The post-holder will lead the RVC’s Admissions Team, ensuring the delivery of a world-class service to both internal and external customers, encompassing all undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programmes for domestic and overseas applicants. They will also lead on innovative nurture and conversion activities to ensure the delivery of both our student number and Access and Participation Plan.
The successful candidate will be an experienced manager who leads by example and is able to manage and motivate a multi-faceted team. They will have experience of planning and delivering events or projects and be able to build and develop relationships across an organisation. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, as is an ability to convey complex messages in a simple but effective way. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of continually seeking opportunities for change and improvement and will be an advocate for using a data-driven approach to decision making. Prior experience in a Higher Education would be advantageous but not essential.
