An exciting opportunity as arisen for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner, to help support our HR Department in the delivery of the HR and University strategic objectives 

About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will work in partnership with senior managers, providing quality and proactive HR services across Schools and Departments of the University. 

Through establishing and maintaining successful business relationships with key clients, you will work to support and achieve University objectives by initiating and delivering cost effective people focused HR solutions within the areas of your responsibility. 

You will continuously play a vital role in helping the whole HR department deliver a professional, efficient HR service.

About You

You will have extensive experience of delivering high quality HR services within the business partnership model. Your robust judgement and business focus will be complemented by impressive relationship management skills which will enable you to deliver effective people solutions.

You will be highly organised and able to communicate effectively at all levels, whilst remaining calm under pressure and working to tight deadlines. 

You will be flexible, enthusiastic and able to work with ease in a consistently changing environment. In addition, you will be qualified to CIPD level (or equivalent) and have up to date knowledge of employment legislation.
