Job details

The University of Central Lancashire is seeking to appoint a supervisor to work within the Inclusive Support team. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months due to limited funding.

You will be required to oversee the delivery of disability-related support to degree apprentices, ensuring the efficient coordination and delivery of learner support.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure as part of a multi-disciplinary team, demonstrating appropriate communication and advanced interpersonal skills.

Duties will include managing a medium to complex student caseload, conducting 1-2-1 meetings/reviews with apprentices in line with guidance set by Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and or where required by the learner.

The successful candidate must have A-Levels or equivalent post-secondary qualifications, or relevant industry experience, along with supervisory level experience to ensure the delivery of disability-related support to degree apprentices. You must also be able to apply working knowledge in the development and maintenance of effective and efficient administrative systems.
