Post holders are responsible for driving forward a ‘digital first’ approach, championing the use of the Digital Workplace built on Microsoft 365. As part of a team, they will configure and manage M365 components, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Implement security best practices, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Diagnose and resolve M365-related issue, providing timely support to end-users.
In addition, and most importantly they will drive continuous improvement in an ITIL/Agile product management environment.
About You
You will have significant experience of administering and supporting a Microsoft 365 environment, ideally with a specialism in Exchange Online and associated technologies.
You will have a customer focussed approach to problem solving with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions, proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and expert knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams administration.
You will also have experience of driving continuous improvement in an Agile product management environment.
