We are a world-class provider of Executive Education, committed to empowering professionals to realise their leadership and career potential. As we aim to double our revenue in the next three years, we are seeking a Programme Sales Manager to drive recruitment for our growing portfolio of online executive education programmes. The successful candidate will lead our Programme Sales Team and contribute to our ambitious growth strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Executive Education Open Programmes. Leading a team of up to six Programme Consultants, you will guide prospective candidates to the most suitable Executive Education solutions, ensuring we meet and exceed our sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment drive for SBS Online Executive Education Programmes by developing and overseeing integrated sales and marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Manage and develop a team of Programme Consultants, ensuring sales targets are met and leads are prioritised effectively.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the long-term strategy and goal-setting for Programme Sales.
  • Build and nurture relationships with individual executives, corporate sponsors and key external stakeholders.
  • Develop and apply sector-specific knowledge to advise clients on the most appropriate programmes and solutions.
  • Analyse recruitment reports to identify trends and report findings to the Associate Director, Programme Sales.

You will have a strong track record in a sales focused, customer-facing role, with the ability to build and manage relationships with executives and key external stakeholders throughout the full sales cycle. You should have experience managing teams in a consultative sales or business development environment, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various stakeholders. A solid understanding of sales and marketing, along with the ability to meet targets, is essential. Experience in an EdTech representing Executive Education partners would be desirable.
