The role
As the Collaboration Tools Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of customer-focused engineers responsible for managing and advancing the University's central Office 365 environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with academic leaders, researchers, and students across the University, helping them leverage digital tools to enhance their work and foster collaborative success.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in line management or supervising teams, ideally within an IT or technical environment.
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience managing a large-scale Office 365 (or comparable) environment (10,000+ users).
Project Management: A successful track record of delivering projects, on time and to specification.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across diverse organizational levels.
