Full-time or part-time hours, 39 weeks per year to cover term times School of Foundation and Learning Support
Actual salary for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year - pro rata for part time posts.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individuals to provide in-class learning support for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities across Harrow College. You would support learners to access the curriculum through encouraging, motivating and note taking in lessons, and support students to manage their own behaviour. The role will involve supporting students to integrate into the College, encouraging them towards independence.
You will need to possess good communication skills and have experience of working with young people, and experience of supporting people with learning difficulties/disabilities and/or challenging behaviour. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to motivate and support young people.
