Can you work on your own initiative and take a proactive approach to organising and delivering events and activities? Are you a confident public speaker who can deliver presentations and training to a range of staff?

Go Higher West Yorkshire (GHWY) is a partnership representing 13 HE providers: Bradford College, the University of Bradford, Calderdale College, the University of Huddersfield, Kirklees College, Leeds Conservatoire, the University of Leeds, Leeds Arts University, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds College of Building, Leeds City College, Leeds Trinity University and Wakefield College.  The team represents all HE providers equally, but is based at the University of Leeds.  The partnership seeks to reduce in equalities in higher education access and success for students most likely to experience inequality of opportunity.

The purpose of the training delivery officer role is to support, coordinate and deliver this CPD, as well as associated activities. You will be confident in public speaking and working in partnership with senior and strategic stakeholders from a range of external organisations, while acting on your own initiative to ensure quality activities are delivered and strategic targets are met.
