This role is crucial for ensuring the effective management of service and compliance contracts, particularly in the areas of infrastructure and sustainability. If you have a passion for leading projects and driving positive change, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

Impact: Play a key role in our decarbonisation projects. Leadership: Manage a budget of approximately £2 million and lead a dynamic team.

As an Infrastructure Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and negotiating contracts for services such as HVAC, lifts, and water hygiene.
  • Developing and executing decarbonisation plans to meet net zero targets.
  • Managing a budget of around £2 million for Responsive and Long-Term Maintenance.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Leading a team, delegating tasks, and ensuring effective performance.

We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager who has:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in contract and service delivery management.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing staff in a performance-driven environment.

Contract:
Open-ended, permanent contract. Full-time role working 35 hours per week.

Salary and Benefits:
Grade 8 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £49,745 rising to £58,554 per annum.
