The ideal candidate will be….
A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing the best possible library experience for our University of Salford Students.
You will have an administrative and analytical background, you will be detail orientated, display excellent problems solving skills with the ability to approach and resolve queries in a prompt, practical and efficient manner.
You will be comfortable adapting to change, suggesting, owning and implementing new ideas and technology.
Library knowledge and experience is of benefit but not essential.

The Content & Business team is a key part of The Library, Careers and Enterprise team. We connect students, university staff and researchers with the physical and digital content they require to support their work. We ensure that high quality Library resources are provided promptly and cost effectively. We’re here to provide students an effective and responsive service and support. We want to ensure our resources are integral to their studies and successful outcomes through our work. We are an ambitious and developing team with a focus on constantly seeking new ways to acquire, curate and evaluate the right resources to provide the best experience for our students, university staff and researchers.
