London Studio Centre (LSC) is a prestigious Higher Education Conservatoire specialising in training dancers, singers, and actors in ballet, contemporary dance, jazz & commercial dance, and musical theatre. The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a experienced Student Records and Registry expert to bring their wealth of knowledge and experience to a new setting.  

The role involves managing LSC’s Registry Department, handling student records, liabilities, and finance to ensure accuracy and excellence. Key duties include overseeing the student record cycle, maintaining enrolment data, managing student finance records, and supporting graduation ceremonies and UKVI VISA compliance. The role also involves consulting with LSC leadership and external bodies, providing student support, maintaining GDPR compliance, and attending relevant meetings to assist with smooth operations. The position reports to the Director and Assistant Director.

Located in the heart of Finchley’s arts and cultural quarter within the award-winning artsdepot. Offering connectivity to London and beyond, we operate in bright, contemporary facilities offering 10 studios, performance spaces and much more with the atrium café at the heart of this creative space.  

About You

You should have experience working in a Higher Education Registry Department or a similar environment. You will have knowledge of student finance and fees, UKVI requirements, GDPR, and experience with HESA data and Moodle. Understanding UK HE policies, practices, and academic regulations is also essential.

While a degree-level qualification is preferred, candidates with significant relevant experience are encouraged to apply. A Master's qualification and membership in relevant professional bodies are also desirable. We are looking for professional applicants who have excellent attention to detail, numerical and analytical abilities, and strong organisational and literacy skills.
