Faculty / Directorate
The Directorate offers full-service marketing and communications support to the university, comprising of brand and creative development; design and print services; corporate and student recruitment marketing campaigns; CRM and conversion campaigns; faculty marketing and recruitment; reputation management; media relations; internal and external communications engagement; events; schools and colleges engagement; Widening Participation; enquiry management and follow up; web and digital development and market insight.
Role
This is a really exciting time to join us. The Marketing and Communications team at DMU is growing, and this role will be a key member of the Directorate’s Marketing team, supporting the Senior CRM Lead, the campaigns team and wider Marketing and Communications Directorate in the operational delivery of effective CRM based solutions and work across enquiry communication management, applicant engagement processes, audience targeting and segmentation and content creation.
Reporting into the Senior CRM Lead, you will work actively to deliver CRM based solutions enabling the development, support, measurement and data provision to ensure a customer focused approach to the creation of in-system content. All laddering up to the effective delivery of data and communication measured against student growth targets in recruitment campaigns. The CRM Officer will work alongside colleagues across Marketing and Communications to ensure a joined-up approach to student recruitment activity, underpinned by effective use of CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate
To be successful, you will need experience working with CRM systems and data management in a CRM or marketing role, developing and executing successful student journeys and communication content.
We are looking for a forward-thinking, creative and innovative person to support in the development and delivery of exciting CRM plans, for all audiences, including both domestic and overseas. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be working alongside marketing teams and collaborating with digital experience teams and other departments to deliver CRM activities aligned with recruitment strategies.
