We are looking to recruit a Faculty Administrator (Programme) on a full time (0.8 FTE considered) permanent position.
The Faculty comprises a number of professional services and administrative function areas. These are Academic Administration, Executive Office Administration, Partnerships and Placements Administration and Research Administration. Faculty Administrators typically work within a small to medium sized team managed by an Administration Manager on a range of tasks and processes to provide comprehensive support to the assigned function area.
Administrators will typically be assigned to a specific function area team but may be asked to work across function areas from time to time, or may be asked to move function areas on a more regular basis should a business need arise.
Qualifications required for post: Minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including Mathematics and English.
Experience required for post: Demonstrable administrative experience; good IT skills; ability to work on own initiative; team working experience; problem solving skills; excellent communication skills.
