Job summary
We are seeking an experienced a HR Partner to support the Head of HR as part of a new team in the delivery of a high-quality dedicated partnering service across the Chief Operating Officer’s following key areas: (referred to as the “COO Team”)
The COO Team working environment is fast paced with ambitious growth plans. This role is wide and varied that enables you to use your extensive HR generalised skill set to advise, influence, and effectively handle challenges across the different spectrum of areas. The experienced HR Partner must be results-driven in providing HR expertise to enhance strategic thinking and decisions to our highly engaging stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise effective relationships and business knowledge.
If you are interested in joining a highly motivated team of talented and experienced HR professionals, you will need to be a pro-active self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills to be able to confidently explain the rationale for advice and decisions, where appropriate and be capable of handling difficult situations in a professional calm manner.
