You will also be in an excellent position to use your experience to supervise student research projects at all levels and take on a programme leadership role, including preparation and delivery of lectures and tutorials, supervision of student projects and dissertations, and the design of research projects and securing research funding.
Furthermore, you will have the remit to conduct individual and collaborative research projects, leading to the production of high-quality research outputs and you will be expected to have published in the HRM discipline/pedagogy stream, with plans for further scholarly outputs.
