The Role 

Ravensbourne University London is seeking an organised and self-motivated Marketing Administrator to join the Student Recruitment Marketing team. The post holder will maintain and enhance the University’s reputation by providing administrative support and assisting a busy team to attract prospective students, as well as engage with other external and internal audiences.

Having a meticulous eye for detail, strong project management and interpersonal skills, as well as being able to build and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders is a must for this role.

The role would suit someone looking to take a first step in a marketing career and an interest in working in a higher education environment is desirable.

The Candidate 

Our ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to achieve and succeed in their work. With a background in student recruitment in further or higher education, the ideal candidate will be customer focussed and driven to meet and exceed targets. 

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Marketing Campaigns team and colleagues in the wider Student Recruitment Marketing team to deliver operational activities to increase the number of student applications to the University.
  • Works closely with the Marketing Campaigns Manager to deliver operational activities outlined in the University’s campaign plans.
  • Manages the prospectus fulfilment process and reporting.
  • Maintains the University’s profiles and course listings externally in terms of directories / databases that feature our courses.
  • Assists with building communications in the CRM system and tracking performance as appropriate.
  • Prepares and distributes relevant materials for dispatch to external stakeholders.
  • Act as an ambassador during Open Days and other key student recruitment events on behalf of the University when required.
  • When necessary, represents Ravensbourne at nominated external recruitment events, such as UCAS fairs.
  • As required, assists in the administration of the hiring of student ambassadors to support with any marketing-related activity.
  • Maintains stock levels of all key printed marketing collateral.
