The Role
As Student Ambassador Coordinator you will be responsible for the management and administration of the University’s student ambassador scheme. You will organise, plan and deliver student ambassador recruitment, on-boarding and training for all student ambassadors adhering to best practice as outlined by London Higher training standards. You will also be responsible for developing the scheme for the benefit of the University and student ambassadors’ work experience.
You will work within the APP team and collaborate with colleagues across the Institution, including the Student Recruitment Marketing team, Academic Departments, and with colleagues in Admissions, Communications & Content and Student Services.
The candidate
Our ideal candidate will be motivated to support the student experience and student outcomes through delivering an exceptional student ambassador scheme at the University. They will work alongside our Access and Participation Team who are responsible for supporting learners from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds to access, succeed in and progress from higher education. This role is key to closing gaps across access, success, and progression.
Ideally, they will also have some experience of working in higher education with strong administration skills and adept at HR and payroll processes.
