With the successful launch of two Morrisons Daily in January of 2024 the University has been delighted by the response from staff, students and visitors.  Delivering exceptional customer service, a great range of products which meet all demographics whilst ensuring value for money, the Hospitality & Retail team embraces an ‘all inclusive’ environment and offer, whilst having the ability to be creative and innovative tailoring retail packages to meet customer requirements.

What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for ensuring all hot food has been cooked, packaged and displayed within two retail outlets. Please note some elements are frozen to thaw, whilst others require cooking off through a ‘Merrychef or equivalent’.
• You will be responsible for ensuring stock levels of all required products are maintained.
• You will be a valued member of the team who will understand the required sales mix to meet customers expectations and driving sales.

Qualifications/ experience:

• Previous experience of working within a retail environment.
• Ability to work on own using own initiative
• To have a methodical approach to ensure sales mix relative to sales period.
