The University Student Case Team Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the student experience by managing cases related to student support and wellbeing, appeals, complaints and student conduct as well as overseeing our colleagues delivering front line services such as the faculty reception area. This position involves handling sensitive and complex issues with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy. You will have excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient resolution for students and colleagues.
You will be working alongside another Case Team Administrator under the direction of a Team Leader, and you will have supervisory responsibilities for the faculty Assistant Administrators. You will work closely with our students and academics to ensure each student is supported to enhance their university experience.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to work in an ever-changing busy environment. You will deal with queries from students and academic staff and be flexible to problem solve and seek process improvements as you work.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
