This effort will build on existing methods and frameworks, including Bayesian estimation of population-level trends and SPENSER (a synthetic population estimation and projection model) from the Alan Turing Institute. The post is available from 01 October 2024 and is funded until 30 September 2026 in the first instance. Starting salary offered will be in the range of £42,099 - £45,521 per annum (pro rata for a part time role) inclusive of London Allowance, due to limited amount of funding available.
