International Recruitment Manager

Hours of Work:            Full-time (35 hours per week)

Contract type:             Permanent

Salary:                         The starting salary will be from £37,099 up to £44,263 per annum in

Grade 7, depending on qualifications and experience.

An exciting opportunity is available in our Global Engagement Office for an experienced and committed professional with strong interpersonal skills. Leeds Trinity University seeks an International Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for leading recruitment of students from a designated region(s), developing multiple sustainable recruitment channels and will play a key role in developing the University’s international footprint.

The International Recruitment Manager will work closely with the Director of Global Engagement and other colleagues across the University in creating, implementing, and evaluating the University’s international student recruitment and marketing strategy using the latest market intelligence to identify opportunities and have good up to date knowledge of the sector in the designated region(s). The role is key to the success and sustainability of our internationalisation strategy and to the promotion of global partnerships, student recruitment and mobility.

We are seeking someone with real passion for the internationalisation of Higher Education, with a penchant for innovation and creativity, a track record for success in international student recruitment as well as a willingness to travel overseas as needed.
