This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal moment for the Library as we embark on the transformation of our services and launch a new strategy. We are looking for inspiring, credible, and authentic team players.
This is an exciting and creative role for the right individual, involving building and developing relationships with students and staff to plan, provide and promote a range of services to enhance the student experience. The postholder will be involved in supporting our staff student team of Library Student Partners in user experience activity and feedback. Student voice is an important part of the role, and the successful candidate will support the delivery of student communications to this area as well as helping to organise and provide administrative support for online and in person events in the Library spaces.

About You
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our developing User Experience team.
You will have recent experience working in a front line, education, user experience or customer service role. You will have a knowledge of user experience (UX) methodologies) and have a service oriented and flexible approach. You will have good interpersonal skills, be confident when dealing with people at all levels and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
