The University of Plymouth is undertaking a large-scale programme of work to replace the Student Record System (SRS) and how changes can be made to improve this vital piece of software that is core to the success of the University’s digital future.
You will work as an integral part of the programme team, creating and maintaining a strong stakeholder engagement network across our University, producing high quality and eye-catching materials and literature for internal and external audiences.
Key responsibilities will include creating engaging, timely and high-quality content for internal engagement and communication, maintaining an up-to-date intranet site, monitoring and measuring communications channels and creating bulletins, briefings, posters and other collateral.
This will be a varied role at the heart of one of the University’s most exciting projects and will suit someone with a blend of creativity, organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31st December 2025 due to business demand.
Remote working is availble up to 2 days a week.
