We are looking to appoint a Project Manager to support a UK-wide network of research clinics for patients with depression. This post is funded by the Mental Health Mission, an NIHR and Office for Life Science supported award to develop research capabilities in the UK. You will report to Professor Michael Browning and work closely with the broader Mental Health Mission team. The post is based in the Department of Psychiatry, at the Warneford Hospital.
The post is for a fixed term (funded to 31st January 2028).
You will provide project management to the clinic network, including devising and implementing administrative systems and procedures and planning and managing operational and reporting facets of the clinics. You will be the first point of contact for external collaborators, and will provide administrative oversight on financial matters.
You should have a degree in a relevant subject, or relevant experience, along with administrative and project and operational management skills. With a proven ability to organise and motivate others, you will have demonstrable leadership skills and be able to plan and organise complex activities and programmes. Experience of managing multi-site projects would be desirable as would an interest in mental health delivery research and experience of working with patients who have depression.
You will be required to upload a supporting statement, a CV, and details of two referees as part of your online application.
The closing date for this post is 12:00 midday on 2nd August 2024. Interviews will be held on 30th August (AM).
