Are you passionate about forging international partnerships in the education sector? Birkbeck, University of London, is seeking an International Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic External Relations team.

This pivotal role will focus on developing and maintaining strategic international partnerships to enhance our global presence and student recruitment efforts.

As an International Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement the University’s international partnership strategy.
  • Identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships to boost academic collaborations and student recruitment.
  • Lead on new partnership development, working closely with academic colleagues to ensure opportunities for collaboration and joint provision with international partners are fully supported and realised.
  • Manage, maintain and review existing international teaching partnerships.
  • Establish close working relationships with key Professional Services areas to ensure consistency in curriculum development and quality assurance between Birkbeck and potential overseas partners.

The ideal International Partnerships Manager will have:

  • Extensive experience in international student recruitment within an educational institution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of collaborative international partnership development best practices.
  • High-level skills in analysis and report writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

If you have experience as an International Partnerships Manager, International Relations Manager, Global Partnerships Coordinator, International Recruitment Manager, or Education Partnerships Manager, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

Remuneration

£49,745 rising to £58,554 per annum. The salary is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
