You will coordinate and participate in the delivery of clinical teaching sessions and establish a programme of supervision and mentorship for clinical educators. You will ensure robust assessment and evaluation strategies are in place to evaluate student clinical competencies and performance. You will support the Dean in building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliated healthcare facilities and work in close collaboration with other UH schools, academic faculty, clinical educators, and healthcare partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical education that prepares students for professional medical practice in accordance with General Medical Council (GMC) standards.
