This is a fixed term appointment for one year
The LSE Law School is a world-renowned law faculty and vibrant intellectual community of staff and students. The post holder will join the Professional Services team responsible for the Law School reception and provide administrative support.
The Receptionist and Team Administrator provides a high-quality reception services for the Law School, maintains the meticulous appearance of the Law School, and provides administrative support to other teams within the Law School and to academic/teaching staff. Key tasks include:
Candidates must have some previous administrative experience in an office or reception environment, good written and spoken communication skills, the ability to act with tact and discretion, and good IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite. The initiative to identify and resolve problems proactively is essential, as is the ability to work accurately and with attention to detail, and the ability to form effective, cordial and professional working relationships with colleagues across LSE.

This is a campus-based role and the post-holder will be expected to work on campus for the full working week.
