The LSE’s Department of Finance is seeking two highly committed and motivated Programme Administrators to provide high quality and comprehensive administrative support to staff and students. This role will involve you working closely with staff, students and faculty in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. The role will have a particular focus on the delivery and development of an outstanding student experience for our programmes.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the operational day-to-day functions of the Department’s premium fee Master’s programmes, supporting the orientation and professional development programmes, supporting course modules, assisting in the co-ordination of examinations and assessment processes as well as supporting and organising events to enhance the student experience.
The successful candidate should have relevant experience of working in a student-facing Higher Education environment, possess excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear, professional and accurate manner.
This role is in person full-time on campus five days per week. We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave and excellent training and development opportunities.
