Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies (CICT), owned by Nottingham Trent University (NTU), has opened a brand-new campus in Whitechapel, London. Confetti delivers pioneering education in creative technologies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Opened in September 2023, our state-of-the-art site provides the very best technology and facilities including a 600-capacity multipurpose venue for esports, live music and entertainment, as well as specialist production spaces, studios and teaching labs.

We are seeking an ambitious individual with a background in some of the following areas, live studio broadcast, outside broadcast, digital streaming, major sporting and esports events and home studio streaming.

Building on Confetti Nottingham’s superb reputation for creative technology-based education, we want you to help us make our esports, broadcast and production technology focused courses the very best in London.

This role gives you the chance to shape distinctive, higher education courses that are well-funded, superbly equipped and delivered collaboratively with other relevant courses in the academic portfolio. There is the possibility for the ideal candidate to teach across a variety of technology driven production courses.

Relevant knowledge, skills and experience for this role could include:

  • Up to date working knowledge of live broadcast production hardware and software technologies
  • Event and broadcast production roles and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of online streaming technologies
  • Experience of working on live and/or remote productions.
  • Experience of teaching or delivering workshops, ideally in a higher education context
  • Knowledge and interest in the esports and gaming industries
