Marketing & Communications (Marcoms) is a dynamic and creative directorate, which is responsible for the University’s external engagement and communications, encompassing student recruitment; corporate marketing and media communications; content and digital marketing; creative services and development and alumni relations. We are seeking an experienced administrator to undertake a wide variety of administrative work, supporting teams across the directorate.
As a key member of the administration team, you will be an excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering a high quality and effective service to colleagues and customers. You will have previous experience with managing a busy inbox, diary management and using financial systems. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint / SharePoint is essential.
The role involves supporting committees and other senior level meetings. You must have experience providing administrative support to similar high-level meetings, including organising meetings, supporting the chair with the agenda, minute taking, and sharing and managing papers.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours a week.
