About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Education Support Administrator to join our Education Support Team, working in the Penryn Hub team. All applicants should have the ability to be able to work from home (with a stable wifi connection) and on the Penryn Campus as required.

About you
You will have experience of managing projects in Higher Education and of working collaboratively and proactively in a team to deliver multiple objectives and high service standards. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, IT and communication skills, as well as someone who is capable of analysing complex data to produce evidence-based recommendations.

You will be expected to provide specialist administrative support and act as a first/named point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will work effectively and flexibly within a wider administrative team in a busy environment to deliver an excellent, customer focussed and seamless service. You will promote the consistent and correct application of processes, systems and codes of practice ensuring compliance with internal and external regulation. The role requires a flexible individual with strong communication skills, administrative experience in Higher Education with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
