This is a key role within the Research Support Team of the School of Biomedical Engineering & Imaging Sciences. The post holder will be responsible to the School Research Manager, as part of the team ensuring that high quality financial data and research management is provided to the School.

About the role
The successful candidate will primarily focus on delivering efficient and effective support of research at King’s, including supporting the School’s academics in the preparation of grant applications, including creating staff costings using WorkTribe, entering information in funder portals, coordinating internal peer review, checking compliance with funder and College policies, and obtaining internal approvals.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for research systems in the School, developing a high degree of expertise with systems including WorkTribe, BusinessWorld, PURE, and funder portals.
They will overall provide efficient operational support to staff and students for research-related work, working closely with the School Research Manager and other member of the team (Research) to provide support for research grant applications and post-award grant administration.
This is a full time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. You will be expected to work on site at least 3 days per week.
