The University Sports Service is expanding its team! If you are passionate about training and motivating individuals and groups to achieve their training and fitness goals, this role could be for you.
You will be part of a team that:
You should have relevant fitness qualifications e.g. Level 2/3 gym instructors/personal training and UKSCA accreditation (or be working towards this with the ability to achieve this within twelve months), or equivalent strength and conditioning qualifications.
You should have experience of working with a range of individuals and groups; from those training for health reasons through to high performance athletes, and you should be just as passionate about dealing with general gym users as you are athletes and teams.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary period, as well as a satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service check (enhanced with children and adults' barred lists).
