An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School of Law’s Student Experience Office.
We are looking for a Student Experience Assistant, who will provide high quality front-line customer service to students and staff in the School. You will share responsibility with other team members for being the first point of contact with enquiries in person, by phone and email, dealing with day-to-day queries, resolving problems and issues, and signposting and/or escalating issues to colleagues as necessary. You will provide administrative support for a wide range of tasks relating to the delivery of an excellent student experience, working proactively as part of a team dedicated to this purpose.
