The Bridge within the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Business are looking to appoint an experienced, highly skilled Administrator. The Bridge integrates the Faculty’s professional services support for Research, Experiential Education, KE and Civic and Cultural engagement. This powerful combination of expertise supports staff, students, businesses and communities to build projects and partnerships that embed and embody placemaking - using creative, strategic, and tactical collaboration to enable positive socio-economic and environmental change.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities. This is a busy and crucial role where you will work with a broad range of stakeholders across the Faculty organising events, visits and meetings (including supporting the Chairs / meeting organisers both prior-to and following meetings), providing data to inform decision making, co-ordinating calendars, minute taking, processing finances and contributing to financial planning, supporting the smooth running of the wider team.
You will be a self-starter who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and confidently drive projects forward. We are seeking an assertive individual who can confidently navigate complex situations, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure the smooth running of operations.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours a week.
