About the role
The Programme Officer is the first point of contact for students and academic staff within the Faculty. They are responsible for supporting the delivery of our undergraduate programmes within the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine (FoLSM) and for ensuring that student lifecycle activities run smoothly, making sure that our students and staff experience our services in a seamless and effective manner. With support to develop a working knowledge of regulations and processes, the Programme Officer is a key member of the team with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
The successful candidate will work with a broad range of stakeholders both internally and external to the University. You will be highly motivated and have the ability to work independently as well as delivering within a team.
