The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the foremost social sciences universities in the world specialising in Social Sciences. The HR Division provides advice and support to the School and its diverse customer base of over 4,000 employees.

We are currently looking for a proactive individual to join our busy team dedicated to providing the best customer service to our users. The Review and Promotion team, sits within the larger HR Operations function and is responsible for effective, high quality Human Resources services to staff through the management of various School committees. The role is fixed term for 10 months to provide secondment cover.

The HR Administrator role will appeal to you if you have an interest in the higher education sector, excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills. You will be instrumental in providing support to the team and the School’s employees during a time of change both within the HR Division and in the wider School. For this role you will also need good numeracy and IT skills and a high standard of customer service. You will have a supportive team around you however you must have the ability to manage a demanding workload and conflicting priorities with minimum supervision. You will be an effective relationship builder, with people of all levels of seniority and you will be comfortable providing a proactive contribution to a team that operates in a busy environment

The HR Division is currently working on improving processes and systems in the function to considerably optimise the customer journey. There will be an opportunity for this role to be creative and forward-thinking in partaking in process improvements in their area of expertise to make a significant difference in the service experience.
