The role
The Campus Innovation team is looking to recruit a Campus Administrator for maternity cover, who will work with the Building Services team within Campus Division with administrative support and will report to the Campus Administration Manager and the Head of Building Services. This will include completion of compliance tasks, creating documents and reports, updating information within paper and electronic systems, email and diary management, arranging high level meetings which will include travel arrangements and dealing with a variety of communication.
What will you be doing?
Your focus will be on using systems such as MyERP and Planon, analysing data, raising requests and responding to queries and administering operational processes, assisting teams within Campus Division.
