Key Duties:
The Adult and Community Learning Team are looking for a Lecturer to deliver short bespoke ICT and Smartphone technology courses across all three campuses as well as various local community venues. These courses are focused on teaching post 19 students’ skills in using Microsoft Office applications (primarily Word and Excel), Internet and Email. Smartphone technology courses are aimed at 60+ learners.
These short courses are usually delivered over five to eight weeks (2/2.5 hours per week). You need to have previous experience in delivering such courses and be proficient in your ICT skills and knowledge.
The adult and community learning team offer a wide range of short courses which also includes our extensive provision of leisure courses and skills improvement courses at the main campus and in community settings.
