The Learning Environment Administrator is a pivotal role within the Digital Transformation Team, responsible for managing the booking and timetabling of immersive and simulation equipment and spaces. You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the College’s students and staff to deliver a first-rate customer service, focusing on student success. Work cohesively with the Digital Transformation team and Learning Environments staff to ensure that students can access resources and support at all times.
Required Skills
The successful applicant will have experience of administration and hold level 3 qualification We are looking for someone who can use Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) has good planning and organisational skills, can work on their own initiative and has excellent customer service skills.
• experience in an administrative or technical support role, preferably within an educational or technology-focused environment. (D)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.(E)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.(E)
• Technical proficiency in digital, IT, and AV technologies. (E)
• Ability to manage bookings and schedules effectively. (E)
• Familiarity with asset management and audit processes (D)
