The Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge and Yeltic LTD wishes to appoint a full-time Digital Product Manager for Educational Technology to work on the Innovate UK Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project: "AI educational experiences through immersive technologies to improve corporate education". This is an exciting opportunity at the cutting edge of innovation in immersive learning for professional development for an ambitious graduate with the ability and confidence to undertake a ground-breaking design-based research project.

The postholder is expected to fully engage with research activities to refine an academic methodology to build and refine soft skills in corporate users. The postholder is also expected to create design guidelines for a technology solution to implement the academic methodology, relying on a dialogic approach using AI tools like ChatGPT to increase educational benefit and user engagement. Additionally, the postholder will put the technology in the hands of potential clients and collect feedback.

Applicants must hold a master's degree or PhD in education technology, digital product management, or a related field. At least one year of experience in applying educational technology to develop hard or soft skills is required. Proven experience in digital product management or leading innovation projects in a technology-driven environment is also essential. Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 15 months in the first instance, from the time the candidate is able to take on the position. The start date is as soon as possible.
