We are seeking to appoint an administrator in the small and friendly team of six responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the student-focused parts of the Faculty’s work. The focus of this role is the examinations processes for our complex range of undergraduate and graduate degree courses.

Ensuring that the arrangements are in place to organise examinations, produce and mark examination papers, and to determine students’ results applying the high quality of assessment expected on the University of Oxford is a major task. This role is an excellent opportunity to exercise responsibility and broaden your experience of academic administration as part of a team managing a range of processes and regulations, as well as to interact and help students with a range of queries.
 
The successful candidate will be educated to ‘A’ level, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and will be able to evidence experience of working well as part of a team or independently, and of managing administrative processes and customer facing work. They will possess excellent organisational, numerical and communication skills and a consistently meticulous attention to detail.
