This is a 12 month fixed term contract

We are open to discussing opportunities on a 0.8 and 1FTE basis. Fractional roles and job share will also be considered.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great organisational skills and a proactive attitude to provide vital support across all aspects of student, module, and course administration. You'll be at the heart of our Academic Registry, working closely with Course Leaders and other key university teams to ensure a high-quality experience for our students.

You’ll manage course-related data, support assessments and exam boards, and help with key university events such as enrolment and graduation. Your attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities will help keep our academic operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative and IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a customer-focused role
  • Great communication and organisation skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A desire to learn and grow in a higher education environment

Prior knowledge of higher education processes or systems such as SITS is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll support you with training and development.
