In this key role, you will oversee the integration and management of Hospitality IT systems, administrative functions, and financial monitoring, while leading a team that ensures the smooth delivery of an exceptional Hospitality service across our 3 campuses.

Make a difference

  • Lead your team, providing support, guidance, and performance management.
  • Drive the optimisation and strategic development of Hospitality IT and administrative systems within Hospitality Services.
  • Support the Financial performance of the service, including P&L monitoring, invoice management, and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and alignment with finance targets.
  • Support event coordination and internal/external marketing initiatives, enhancing the profile of Hospitality Services across all channels.
  • Implement and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency, contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
  • Monitor and report on key sustainability indicators.

You'll thrive if you have:

  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Strong expertise in managing Hospitality IT systems (e.g., Kinetics, Procure Wizard, Agresso) and using data to drive operational improvements.
  • Proven experience leading professional services teams focusing on performance management and team development.
  • Experience in financial oversight, including working to Financial targets , purchase orders, and using accounting systems.
  • A proactive approach to planning and implementing Hospitality specific policy and process improvements within a large, dynamic service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset with experience in Hospitality specific data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Hospitality health & safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance across all activities.
