Digital Education Systems Officer

Contract Type: Fixed Term (18 months to complete a specific task or time limited work)

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you passionate about Digital Education systems and the educational benefits that they can offer staff and students? Would you like to play a key role in a team that is focused on driving innovation in digital education systems with an aim to improve the learning and teaching experience?

As a Digital Education Systems Lead you will be a key member of the Digital Education Service Systems Team. You will lead task or system-focused teams working on the delivery of one or more digital education systems to provide expert advice and guidance, identify opportunities for improvements and maintain close working relationships with suppliers. You’ll work alongside colleagues within the Team, the wider Digital Education Service, as well as other University services such as Student Education, IT and the Library to deliver functional enhancement projects and services for digital education systems. You will also work with key stakeholders within Organisational Development and Professional Learning, Digital Education Academic Leads and Faculty colleagues to engage staff and students in the use of new and existing tools.

Please note that due to Home Office visa requirements, this role may only be suitable for first-time Skilled Worker visa applicants if they are eligible for salary concessions.
