Are you ready to make a significant impact in the field of legal education? We are seeking an Educational Change and Partnership Manager at Birkbeck, University of London. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of strategic growth initiatives within the Business & Law faculty, driving educational change and fostering key partnerships.

As Educational Change and Partnership Manager, you will support the Head of Birkbeck Law School in strategic growth initiatives. This will require the post-holder to project manage educational change, academic development and specifically:

  • To support the development and implementation of employment-related educational provision, including new career focused programme development (including CILEX and SQE preparation); modular placements (clinical education); year-long placements; and validation and franchise work.
  • Lead in developing and maintaining relationships with key business partners and stakeholders in the legal professions.
  • To provide key administrative and business support to the Head of School in implementing strategic priorities - including project management, communication management, and general logistical support.
  • Advise on changes in the legal services landscape and their implications for Birkbeck.

The ideal Educational Change and Partnership Manager will have:

  • Familiarity with legal education standards and regulatory processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the legal sector and its educational relationship.
  • Experience in management within higher education, particularly in a Law School.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational skills.

Salary and benefits:
£43,636 to £49,683 per annum. Grade 7 on the College's London pay scale which includes a consolidated London weighting allowance.

Contract:
