Are you a proactive and highly organised PA looking for the next role that will contribute to changing lives for the better?
We are recruiting a PA to provide comprehensive assistance and support to the Director of the NIHR BioResource, taking on responsibilities where appropriate, to ensure efficient and effective use of the Director's time.
You will need to be highly competent in standard software packages (Microsoft Office) with great attention to detail and a proven ability to work independently, as well as have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

About the job:
The Director is responsible for the management of the NIHR BioResource, a group of 100 individuals.
The role holder has a crucial function in the effective and efficient administration of the office of the Director, providing complex PA services to the Director and administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
The role will be responsible for diary management, managing daily incoming information and circulating and responding to information as well as making potentially complicated travel arrangements, handling expenses claims and arranging meetings as required (including venues and catering).

The post is available on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2028 in the first instance. NIHR BioResource is funded by the National Institute for Health & Care Research (NIHR) on a 5-year funding cycle.
