About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Change Managers within the Change Practice of the Sussex Projects team, leading change management on projects and strategic change initiatives in a complex environment, working in a collaborative way with other Change Practice and Sussex Projects team members, and framing the development of plans using the existing Change Practice framework.
About you
You are positive in outlook, have well-developed practical interpersonal and problem-solving skills and are curious about people and their perspectives.
As a change management practitioner, you have demonstrable experience of supporting people through change, and of balancing the needs of individuals with those of their teams, departments and broader organisation. You have experience of delivering a range of successful projects in organisational contexts, and with a desire to continue learning. You are able to prioritise activities and work in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy the challenges associated with noticing problems and figuring out potential solutions.
Experience of working within a similar Higher Education environment would be useful, but not essential.
About our Division
Sussex Projects has been on a transformative journey since its launch in 2022.

Since the launch the team have established an annual strategic planning process for capital expenditure, and have developed and implemented new methodology, processes, systems, reporting and governance.
Ultimately, Sussex Projects is an active and collaboratively engaged community of practice that shares information, learning, skills, and experiences, to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
